The individual in this position will be involved with deep cleaning and sanitation of the salad production
facility. The right individual for this position will have attention to detail and the ability to work with
minimal direct supervision.
Primary Responsibilities and Duties:
Ensure correct chemicals and procedures followed.
Ability to work with other shift members to complete cleaning assignments.
Work safely with chemicals and ensure correct personal protective equipment is used.
Adheres to company policies and individual center guidelines.
Reports to work when scheduled and on time.
Maintains a positive attitude; creates an atmosphere of friendliness and fun through flexibility
Follows all food safety procedures.
Assist in all set up and clean up responsibilities.
Ability to work under time constraints and be flexible in hours worked.
Monitors and implements HAACP and Good Manufacturing Practices at all times.
Performs other job related duties and special projects as required.
Smiles and greets employees in a friendly manner, whether the encounter takes place in the
employee's designated department or elsewhere in the center.
Works from a written or verbal list.
Minimum Education/Experience Required to Perform Job:
High school graduate or equivalent education preferred.
Must be physically able to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally; exert up to 20 pounds of
force frequently; and exert up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
Must be able to be on feet (standing and walking) for 6-8 hours a day.
Visual requirements include vision from less than 20 inches to more than 20 feet with or without
correction, depth perception, color vision, and field of vision.
Must be able to perform the following physical activities: Climbing, balancing, stooping,
kneeling, reaching, standing, walking, pulling, lifting, grasping, feeling, talking, hearing, and
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Must have the ability to read and understand simple math measurements
This is a fast paced work environment and may be required to work in a 38 degree environment. This
